Order Processing

Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Order Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days.

Please note that your delivery may take longer if we receive a high volume of orders. If we anticipate a significant delay in delivering your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7 – 15 business days (may be longer depending on destination). Deliveries will be made Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday (excluding public holidays). A signature is required upon delivery.

However, there may be circumstances we cannot foresee, such as: Weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may cause minor delays. Please allow additional transit days to accommodate delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping for strosin.store is $6.99 for all orders.

Shipping Method

Shipping via USPS & FedEx or any other shipping method that works best for you. We will update our production and shipping schedules if we anticipate any delays during periods of high demand.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your order, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our shipping confirmation email.

Why hasn’t my shipping information been updated?

Sometimes it takes a while for the information to update. All packages must undergo strict hygiene and quality control procedures before shipping for the safety of our customers, which may result in delays in shipping.

Or sometimes the shipping company may not provide information about the package in time.

We will try to notify you of these or please contact us for assistance.

In case of lost orders

If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please email our customer service department and we will assist you as soon as possible. However, if the order is successfully delivered to the correct address confirmed by the shipping company, we will not be responsible for the loss.
