1. Returns within 30 days
If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from strosin.store, you can easily initiate a return by emailing us at [email protected]. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Our main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and we will always try to provide the best possible solution.
Cancellation period: within 24 hours after payment has been processed or if your order is in preparation, we are generally unable to cancel or update your order details once your order has been shipped to a third party carrier.
2. What items are eligible for return or exchange?
Items must be in their original condition to be returned. This includes:

3. Return Process

Please include the reason for the return or exchange, along with the order number and product name. If you received a defective, incorrect or misdescribed product, please attach clear photos or videos that clearly state the issue.
2. Once we receive your email, our customer support team will review and respond within 1-3 business days. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide detailed instructions on the next steps in the refund process.
3. Sending the returned product: After receiving instructions from our customer service team, please carefully package the product to be returned and send it to the address we provide. Make sure the product is in its original condition, unused, and includes all accessories if any.
4. Inspection and confirmation: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect the condition of the product. This inspection process may take 30 business days. If the product meets the conditions for return, we will notify you and proceed with the refund or exchange process.
5. Refund: Once we confirm that the product is eligible for return, we will proceed with the refund according to your request. The refund process may take 30 business days for the money to be credited to your account, depending on your bank. If you choose to exchange an item, we will send a replacement item as soon as possible and notify you when the item has been shipped.
4. Quality Inspection of Returns
– When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test to ensure that the item is eligible for return and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the returned item is not eligible for return or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.
– If the return is rejected, we will reship the item to you to the same address specified in the original order and will deduct the return shipping cost from the refund amount of any other items returned in the same order.
– In some cases, we may, at our discretion, refund the rejected return rather than reship it to you.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
